I work in real estate investment consulting in Paraguay, focused on the Asunción metropolitan area. My days run between the showroom in Luque, visits to the model apartment, and conversations with people weighing up where to put their savings.
What interests me most in this work is not closing a deal — it is the moment someone genuinely understands what they are buying. When a person can explain why they chose that unit, that floor and that payment plan, the decision stops being a leap of faith and becomes a considered investment.
How I work
I start by listening. Before showing a floor plan I need to understand what you are after: whether it is to live in or to let, over what timeframe, with what capital, and how much management you are willing to take on. With that I can tell you not only which unit fits, but which ones to rule out.
Then come the numbers, in full: price, payment plan, recurring costs and a realistic rental projection. I would rather show a conservative scenario that holds than an optimistic one that disappoints.
And once the transaction closes, I am still there. Construction updates, questions about handover and getting the unit let are part of the support, not a separate service.
